A new field on every record card showing the most recent communication date — across every channel. Direct mail, cold call, text, door knock: whatever you did last, the date is right there.

Triage stale records in seconds. No more digging through the activity timeline to figure out who's gone cold.

When you manually advance a record's status — say, to Follow Up — the system pops up and asks if you want to move the record from its existing campaign to a follow-up campaign. Keep the existing assignment or pick a new campaign from the dropdown.

Outreach stays aligned with where the record actually is in your pipeline — automatically.

Niche Data now skip-traces neighbors of every property and pushes them directly into your CRM. Each neighbor lands in a new dedicated Neighbors tab alongside relatives, with full contact details.

We added real-time USPS status webhooks for every direct mail piece. See exactly when a postcard is scheduled for delivery, in transit, delivered, or returned — right on the record's communication panel.

Instead of deleting incoming records one at a time, you can now bulk-delete the entire queue in one action. One confirmation, everything's cleaned up.

When Niche Data updates a record — even one that's been dormant for months — it now sends a webhook to Niche CRM, which automatically pulls the update and creates the record in your pipeline if it doesn't already exist.

No more lost opportunities because a previously expired record came back into play. If Niche Data still cares about it, your CRM hears about it.

Multi-select any records in a list view and click Add to Campaign to enroll them all at once. Pick the campaign, confirm, done.
